Jim`s Burgers in Sioux City

Never get the order right....always circling around for something wrong. Today no fries or ketchup in bag , and wrong meat in burrito.

They came outside to take my order!....bacause I CAME DURING LUNCH RUSH... I'm literally here writing this review...I'm sooooo IMPRESSED! Also....get the chilli cheese FRIES...they are super GOOD.... but say no onion or light onion if you are not down for it.

Have been eating there since they opened. Always good food and great service.

I would rate this place 5 stars because I do really love the food here, but the service needs some work on more then one occasion we have had our food orders screwed up. Even walking in vs using the drive thru was no better order would still be missing items that were paid for.

Don't waste your time. Pretty okay if you go inside and eat otherwise drive thru is absolutely disappointing.

If I could give them less then one star I would please don’t eat here. I found a baby cockroach in my food and I’m so disgusted. I literally have lost trust in my favorite food. Burritos I’m never going to eat another burrito again. Thanks to Jim’s Burger. Best part I didn’t realize this until half of the burrito was gone.

This is one of the best places to eat, Why isn't this more popular?

While named "Jim's Burgers", this business seems to specialize more in mexican fast food. The service would be best if you spoke spanish. Once we put in our order, we fought through the flies to sit at our table. The burger is a Whopper Jr with Big Mac special sauce. Not at all worth the $3.69. Underwhelming visit that left us no incentive to return.

The service was... blah. After we ordered we sat down and waited. When the burgers finally got there I tools the server we never got our drinks. She just pointed at the counter and said that must be them. How the hell was i supposed to know that? Which one was coke? Which one was root beer? Anybody's guess.The burger was dry and lacking flavor, but edible. As were the fries.Nothing to write home about.Terrible service is about all I'll remember about that place.Glad it's in my rearview mirror

In Sioux City for a few days and stopped here at random. Great burgers and fries! Lots of variety on the menu too with different sandwiches, breakfast, tacos, and more.

Food was great. I Ordered a few different tacos. The food was fresh, hot and came with a few different sauces to compliment the tacos. Great place for burgers and fries also.

Awesome, I always love getting the Western bacon cheeseburger, with a combo, love my yellow peppers.

They found a mouse in a burrito. They should of close this restaurant.

Great selection, sketchy atmosphere.It almost felt like walking into a hole-in-the-wall backstreet restaurant. I've been informed that Jim's is a 5 star fast food joint, but I'd say that's only true when rates on a scale to 10. The vibe and odor had me walk out of one Jim's (downtown Sioux City) , but I was willing to give this a second chance. It still smelled unappealing, but not like cigarettes and feces the first one did. On the plus side, there were a lot of options, almost too many.

I thought it was dirty inside when I visited but after hearing about the dead mouse in the burrito and that it was verified by the health dept I would never eat here again. Too bad they couldn’t have been more committed to being clean.

I know that some people have been scared to go back and eat here after the event that happened, even I was a little skirmish at first but had chicken tacos there tonight and is a very good, no mice in sight

We got the cheeseburger combo and a hot dog. The cheeseburger was okay, the fries were good, the coke was good, but the hot dog?.... worst hot dog I or my boyfriend has ever had. The bread had more flavor than the hot dog. The hot dog looked undercooked and whitish, it was split in half and has no flavor at all... just texture. I have had a lot of GREAT hot dogs... this? Shouldn’t even be called a hot dog. DO NOT BUY IT. WASTE OF $4!!! 🤬

Food was amazing! Was just driving through from Nebraska to Minnesota and came across this gem! Food and service was outstanding!

Very good place to go for a great variety. Their burgers are very good. Better than any fast food place for sure. There wet burritos are huge!

I go here much too often, all the food is just so good! Don't come just for the burgers though, their true specialty are tacos and burritos. Multiple locations in Sioux City and they are still always busy, for good reason. Great place!

Really good burgers and hot HOT fries lightly salted. BIG burritos not too hot, unless you want them to be. Lots of options. FEELS local and small, customer-oriented.

The food is incredible. Every bite of the steak burrito I had was amazing. They actually put carrot slices in them!!!! Texture is good too. The staff is pretty friendly. I would only have a couple of critiques... 1. It usually takes a while. 8-12 minutes from time of order until meal is in mouth. I think I ate a little too much though... Because the next day... well... it was rough.

I've eaten at all their establishments mostly the Gordon Drive location since they opened there and I love the place. Irregardless of the most recent incident and all, I have NEVER had an issue with anything I've ordered. That's all I have to say about that... It's a nice family run business that has great burgers/fries, quesadillas, steak tacos n burritos, enchiladas, steak n eggs, breakfast burritos that are humongous, chicken dinners.etc. I'll continue to order ahead n pick up at drive thru. Who doesn't like that.
